ปรากฏการณ์ความขัดแย้งและแนวทางในการยุติความขัดแย้ง : กรณีศึกษาผู้นำท้องถิ่นที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตจังหวัดอุดรธานี

บทคัดย่อ

This case study is aimed to investigate the connicts phenomena, the causes ofconficts, the conflicts management and mediation practices, and to study the conflicts prevention of the local leaders in Udon Thani Province. The sample group consisted of local administrators from 20 disricts, 20 persons each in Udon Thani Province, The sample were selected using Purposive sample selection. The research insruments were questionnaircs and interview. The data collected from the study were analyzed using percentage, mean, S.D., and Cause and Effect Analysis. The rcsult indicated that the conflicts phenomena were at the modemte levol. ln terms of care of conflict were found at moderate (average) level. The local administrators any local face-to-face, mediation, avoidance and forces to administrators the corflicts. Totally, they reported using all strategies to deal with conflicts, The mediation practices were at moderate level. The local administrators agreed that the conflicts prevention conflicts information, work intcraction, wo* structure, benefts and values were at high level.
