บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนานวัตกรรมการสอนทักษะการ
อ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียนที่ตระหนักถึงผู้เรียนระดับการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในพื้น
จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยใช้การวิจัยในลักษณะการสังเคราะห์เชิงบูรณาการและ
การประเมินคุณค่านวัตกรรม ซึ่งผลการสังเคราะห์วิธีการสอนอ่านแบบ SQ3R
วิธีการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบ 5E ร่วมกับหลักการสอนเขียน ได้ลำดับขั้นตอนการสอน
ทักษะการอ่าน 6 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ขั้นอ่านค้นหาจุดสำคัญของ
เรื่อง ขั้นสำรวจข้อมูลเพื่อค้นหาคำตอบ ขั้นค้นหาคำตอบ ขั้นขยายความรู้ และขั้น
ทบทวนและประเมินความรู้ ผลการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญพบว่า มีคุณภาพ
อยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อนำนวัตกรรมไปใช้กับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนบ้านซรา
ยอ อำเภอสุไหงโก – ลก จังหวัดนราธิวาสพบว่า มีประสิทธิภาพสอดคล้องตาม
เกณฑ์ (81.97/81.50) ผลการเปรียบเทียบทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียน
พบว่า คะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน และทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และ
เขียนระหว่างกลุ่มที่เรียนด้วยนวัตกรรมการสอนทักษะการอ่านคิดวิเคราะห์และเขียน
สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่เรียนด้วยวิธีปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 นวัตกรรมการ
สอนที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้จึงเหมาะสมกับผู้เรียนที่อยู่ในบริบทพหุสังคมชายแดนภาคใต
