The Casual Factors of Business Management of Muaythai Arts Toward Universality by the World Professional Muaythai Federation (W.P.M.F.)

Abstract
This objectives of this research were (1) To study the causal factors those affect to an Effectiveness of Business Management of Muaythai Arts toward universality by The World Professional Muaythai Federation (W.P.M.F.) (2) To study the influence of casual factors those affect to an effectiveness of business management of Muaythai Arts toward universality by The World Professional Muaythai Federation (W.P.M.F.) and (3) to develop the model of casual factors those affect to an effectiveness of business management of Muaythai Arts toward universality by The World Professional Muaythai Federation (W.P.M.F.). The key informants were selected for 2 periods. The first period was selected by convenience sampling to feedback by questionnaire. The samples were the key informants from public sectors and private sectors, the group of executors, and the general accomplice at total 300 samples. The second period was in-depth interview with 10 selected key informants from Muaythai boxing gyms and focus group with 20 casual informants. The research used mixed method to analyze and evaluate by the LISREL programe.
The results found that all factors of the management resources, business Management, motivation for achievement, and knowledge management were used together to predict an Effectiveness of Business Management of Muaythai Arts toward universality by The World Professional Muaythai Federation with statistically significant at 0.05.
