Abstract
This article The author focuses on legal issues. To find the appropriate legal measures to control the health establishment. The law of Singapore and the United States to study, analyze and compare the advantages of the law to apply to Thailand.
The results showed that the current health establishments in the country Thailand are very popular among Thais and foreigners. However, the Health Establishment Act BE 2559, which regulates the business specifically. It does not cover the safety of the service provider as well as the standard and quality of the health establishment that it should have, namely, that the person applying for permission to open a health-care facility will be required to place collateral damage. In the future, health services such as cash or government bonds will be offered to businesses. Aforementioned In addition, the provision of collateral for the repair of damage caused by a health-care establishment is only for the benefit of health care workers who are harmed by the Promptly service.
