Capability Innovation Management for the Sustainable Organization Performance of the Agricultural Industry in Thailand

Abstract

This research article aim to study Capability Innovation Management approaches that affect the Sustainable Organization Performance of the Agricultural Industry in Thailand. Using qualitative research, , the contributor is the chief executive of the agricultural industry. 5 persons, set the selection criteria. Use specific selection, tools such as in-depth interviews and non-engaging observations, together with studying data from documents. Data collection and data analysis with content analysis methods.


The results showed that the Agricultural Industry in Thailand has the ability to Capability Innovation Management for Sustainable Organizations (1) The Dynamic human capital development potential has been developed by creating a creative atmosphere for employees to dare to think, enhancing their skills (2) Change Management Base on Diversity, using technology using computers. In the production of machine parts design production control (3) Potential for Creating Creative Business Alliances, flexibility in cooperation with the resources of the business by collaborating in the development of production processes. (4) Capability Innovation Management through the use of digital technology to manage data for forecasting planning creative concept design (5) The Value-Co-Creation base on Competitive Excellence by encouraging the sharing of information (6) Sustainable Organization Performance in the form of profitability.
