Personality Factors and Entrepreneur’s Business Management Potential Affecting Electric Car Business Operation in Thailand

Abstract

This academic paper aims to analyze the personality factors and entrepreneur’s business management potential affecting electric car business operation in Thailand by reviewing a variety of literature on entrepreneurial characteristics, entrepreneurial business management potential and the performance of electric vehicles business of entrepreneurs in Thailand to create a conceptual framework about the above variables.


The result of analyzing found that the entrepreneurial characteristics regarding innovativeness orientation, risk taking orientation, proactiveness orientation, competitive orientation, aggressiveness orientation, and autonomy orientation had influence on the performance of electric vehicles business of entrepreneurs in Thailand. Also found that, entrepreneurial business management potential regarding Marketing management, human resource management, Production management, and financial management had influence on the performance of electric vehicles business of entrepreneurs in Thailand. It reflected that entrepreneur characteristics and business management potential were key factors for business in current environment. The information obtained from the study can be employed as a guidelines to develop the potential of business entrepreneurs in Thailand and extended academic knowledge.
