The Integration of Government Policy Implementation in Sustainability of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises Development

Abstract
This research article aims to study (1) the problems of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. (2) Study the Government’s policies to promote Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and (3) Propose guidelines for the integration of government policy implementation in the sustainability of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises development. This uses qualitative research methods, Collecting data from in-depth interviews. Key informant interviews are the public sector of 14 people, the private sector of 4 people, and the academics of 2 people, including 20 interviewed personnel.
The results of the research reveal that (1) problems of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises consist of 5 problems as follows: marketing, investment, technology, management, and government support. (2) Government policies to promote Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises will promote SMEs in innovation, marketing, and investment. It encourages entrepreneurs to know how to apply technology in their businesses. Promotion through the platform or online including promoting financial planning and to access funding sources and (3) Approaches for the integration of government policy implementation in the sustainability of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises development by establishing a central agency to promote, support, and develop Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. It is the main unit responsible for supervising and monitoring the operations of the relevant departments to operate the assigned to be efficiently.
