Development of Financial Innovations in the Management of State Enterprise Savings Co-Operatives in Thailand

Abstract
This research article aims to study (1) ways to drive financial innovation in savings cooperatives and (2) the influence of financial innovation model factors of savings cooperatives on the acceptance of financial innovation in the management of state enterprise savings cooperatives in Thailand. This research was mixed methods research with key informants 20 executives and officers of the Communication Savings Cooperative of Thailand. And quantitative research collected questionnaire data from a total of 560 executives and officials of state enterprise savings cooperatives, using Multiple Regression Analysis.
Findings are as follows: Clear policies (budgets/plans/communications/participation), executives with leadership, technology system infrastructure, Professional teams and risk management are the ways to drive financial innovation in savings cooperatives and artificial intelligence (AI) technology, big data, cloud technology, and Internet of Things (IoT) technology are used to develop financial innovations of savings cooperatives by using such technology to develop a financial innovation model of savings cooperatives analyze member information credit information investment information and risks with AI Use Big data / Cloud technology to store data and online transactions on the application, which are accepted by the state enterprise savings cooperatives in Thailand. In applying the financial innovation model to savings cooperatives, it was found that there was no variance with a statistical significance of .01.
