ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครู (2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูและ (3) ศึกษาอิทธิพลทางตรงและทางอ้อมของปัจจัยที่มีต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ครูโรงเรียนเทศบาลใน 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน และการวิเคราะห์แบบจำลองโครงสร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุแบบมีตัวแปรแฝง ด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป (LISREL) version 8.80

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครู โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับดี และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายปัจจัย พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความเป็นพหุวัฒนธรรม รวมทั้งปัจจัยทุกตัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครูอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ปัจจัยที่มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์มากที่สุดคือความพึงพอใจต่อนโยบายการศึกษา และปัจจัยทุกตัวมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ทุกค่า รวมทั้งยังพบว่า ความรู้สึกปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินมีอิทธิพลทางตรงต่อขวัญมากที่สุด นอกจากนี้ ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมต่อขวัญในการปฏิบัติงานของครู คือทรรศนะต่อวัฒนธรรมโรงเรียน และทรรศนะต่อภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหาร

FACTORS INFLUENCING THE MORALE ON WORK PERFORMANCE OF MUNICIPAL SCHOOL TEACHERS IN THE THREE SOUTHERN BORDER PROVINCES

The objectives of this research were (1) to study the factors influencing morale on performing task of municipal school teachers (2) to study the relationship between factors and morale on work performance of municipal school teachers (3)  to study the direct and indirect effect of the factors influencing morale on work performance of municipal school teachers. The sample population consisted of 400 municipality school teachers in the three southern border provinces. The questionnaires were used as instrument to collect the data. Correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation models for latent variable were used for data analysis by lisrel version 8.80.

The results were as follows that the overall influence on morale on performing task of teachers were at good level. Multicultural factor had the most level influencing morale on performing task of teachers. There were positive relationships between all factors and morale on performing task of teachers at .001 level of statistical significance. The correlation of the satisfaction towards educational policy factor with morale on performing task of teachers had  at the highest level . All factors had direct effects on morale on performing task of teachers at .001 level of statistical significance.  Softy feeling in life and asset factor had the highest effect on morale on performing task of teachers. Moreover, there were two factors that had indirect effects on morale on performing task of teachers at .001 level of statistical significance. That were the perception of cultural school and the perception of the administrators’ leadership.
