Abstract
ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT (ERM.) SUPPORT FOR PUBLIC SECTOR MANAGEMENT QUALITY APPRASIAL: PMQA
The purpose of this article is to study the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to support Public Sector Management Quality Appraisal (PMQA), which is a bureaucratic system in Thailand operated under regulator’s guideline and TQM standard. The study found that ERM can be used to support and operate as an integrate PMQA operation. Which divided into 7 parts as follows: Part 1 The leadership integrate ERM with environmental risk management setting, objective setting and information and communication of risk : Part 2 The Strategic planning integrate ERM with risk identification and risk analysis in step of planning formulation; risk response, risk control & monitor in step of implementation and monitor planning: Part 3 Customer and stakeholders focus integrate ERM with information and communication of risk: Part 4 Measurement, Analysis, and Knowledge management integrate ERM with information and communication of risk and risk monitor: Part 5 Human resource focus integrate ERM with environmental risk management setting and information and communication of risk: Part 6 Process management integrate ERM with environmental risk management setting, risk response, risk control and risk monitor: Part 7 Operational results integrate with all ERM activities. So public agencies follow up ERM integrate with PMQA in which will be public services effectiveness overall.
