Abstract
The Effects of Full - Range Leadership of University Administrators and the Mediating Roles of Academic Promotion Policy and Career Ad vancement on Academic Performancr of University Facultier : An Emjirical Study in Rajathat Universities Westem, Thailand.
Research title : The Effects of Full-Range Leadership of University Administrators and the Mediating Roles of Academic Promotion Policy and Career Advancement on Academic Performance of University Faculties: An Empirical Study in Rajabhat Univeristies – Western Division, Thailand, aimed to study level of ethical leadership, transformational leadership and transactional leadership of administrators among the perception, academic promotional policy and career advancement of Professors at West Rajabhat University, as mediator to level of the academic performance of professors from West Rajabhat University and level of ethical leadership, transformational leadership and transactional leadership that affects the academic performance of professors from West Rajabhat University by passing the acknowledgement of academic promotional policy and career advancement. The Sample was 568 professors of West Rajabhat University. Tools used in this study were questionnaire which developed based on the concepts of variable theory. The analysis of descriptive statistics and Inferential Statistics were used to determine the fundamental value by using PLS-Graph. The result showed Level of transactional leadership affects the perception of academic promotional policy and career advancement at Level of Significant 0.1. While the perception of academic promotional policy and career advancement does not affect academic performance. Academic Performance is in low level.
