การมีส่วนร่วมบริหารงานบุคคลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมบริหารงานบุคคลของครู สังกัดสำนักงาน เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมบริหารงานบุคคลของครู สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี แตกต่างกันเมื่อจำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส รายได้ต่อเดือน วุฒิการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ขนาดของโรงเรียน และเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา กลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง คือครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี จำนวน 353 คน โดยการสุ่มแบบ ชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเที่ยงตรงและค่า ความเชื่อมั่น 0.899 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) มีส่วนร่วมบริหารงานบุคคลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม ศึกษาลพบุรี ภาพรวม และทุกรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ 1) วินัย 2) การประเมินบุคลากร 3) การพัฒนาบุคลากร 4) การบรรจุแต่งตั้ง 5) ความมั่นคงในการทำงาน และ 6) การกำหนดตำแหน่ง (2) การเปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมบริหารงานบุคคลของครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การ ศึกษาประถมศึกษาลพบุรี ภาพรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อจำแนกตามอายุ และขนาดของโรงเรียน แต่ไม่แตกต่างกันเมื่อจำแนกตาม เพศ วุฒิการศึกษา เขตพื้นที่การศึกษา สถานภาพ การสมรส รายได้ต่อเดือน และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน

The participation of personnel administration of the teachers under Lopburi Primary Education Service Area Office

This research aims to 1) study the participation of personnel administration of the teachers under Lopburi Primary Education Service Area Office and 2) to compare the participation of personnel administration of the teachers under Lopburi Primary Education Service Area Office. Difference was divided by sex, age, status, income, qualification work experience, school size and education area. The sample of 353 the sample was selected using a stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire ranging between 5 levels with validity and reliability analysis by averaging 0.899. and statistic analysis were used : mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance and average test pairs with Scheffe method.

The results were as the followings (1) Participation of personnel administration of the teachers under Lopburi Primary Education Service Area Office , Overview and all aspects were at a high level. Sort average from most to least: 1) discipline 2) The personnel 3) developed 4) The appointment 5) stability in operation and 6) to determine the location. (2) Compare the participation of personnel administration of the teachers under Lopburi Primary Education Service Area Office. Overview difference is statistically significant at the .05 level. When classified by age and size of the school. But did not differ by sex education when education area. Marital status Monthly income and work experience
