Abstract
The Strengthening Ethical of Personnel Administrative Court’s Office
This research aims to study culture and ethics that influence the ethical guidelines of the Office of Personnel ruled by the Office of the Administrative Court. Data was collected by the questionnaires and sampling depth interviews ethics expert who can provide the information. Beside of the fact that reviews the relevant documents that were analyzed by enumeration concepts and interpretations. The result of this research showed that 1)The officers who work in the office of The Administrative Court dragged high ethical practice at stage 5, level 3 ( =4.93) was found when considering that all aspects of stage 5, level 3, all side by side with the highest average. The Providence = 5.09, was followed by the obedient and law – abiding ( = 4.96) and the average low is the effort ( = 4.73) respectively. 2)The factors that influence the ethic are gender, age, education, the time of work, the working time at the Office of the Administrative Court, the responsibility for the operation and empathy. In the other hand, the factors that are not reflected are place of birth, committed to their work and generosity. 3)The way to strengthen ethics is to establish a law of faith, creating the culture – a culture share values enabled people to be, administrating the virtue patronage and determining the moral.
