Abstract
Achievement of Administrative Woman Leaders as A Chief Administrator of the Sub - District Administrative Organization in Lower Northern Part of Thailand.
This study has three major objectives: firstly, to examine the motivation of administrative women leaders as a chief administrator of the sub-district administrative organization, to identify the achievement of administrative woman leaders as a chief administrator of the sub-district administrative organization, and thirdly , the problem , an obstacle and the strength to rectify the achievement of administrative woman leaders as a chief administrator of the sub-district administrative organization.The results of this research can be summarized as follows : 1) The motivation of administrative woman leaders as a chief administrator of the sub-district administrative organization as well as job security needs and leadership of action with to used the knowledge, as knowledgeable and used the individuality of administrative to come alongside the man are correlated with the achievement of administrative woman leaders. 2) The achievement of administrative woman leaders as a chief administrator of the sub-district administrative organization depends of administrative in the sub-district administrative organization with the efficiency , to join of administrative in or outside of the sub-district administrative with the effectiveness to satisfy and to concede from the government and a private individual to development. 3) The problem,an obstacle and the strength to rectify the achievement of administrative woman leaders as a chief administrator of the sub-district administrative organization , the problem , an obstacle as well as the culture , the tradition and old vision in social. 4) The major limitation in achievement of administrative woman leaders as a chief administrator of the sub-district administrative organization as well as women leaders as a chief administrator is their small number in the sub - district administrative organization resulting in lesser influence to initiate laws and concept for actions woman related to women’s interests because the actions women is lock from men.
