Abstract
A Causal Relationship Model of the Elements Influencing the Performance to Excellence in Private Schools
This research aims to 1) identification of elements and formulation of the hypothetical causal model of elements, which analysis of documents concepts and theories related, that influencing the performance to excellence in private schools. 2) confirmation of the model by interview experts and 3) verification of the formulated causal model through empirical data. The findings of this study were as follows. 1.) There were five elements influencing the performance to excellence in private schools include elements of leadership, strategic planning, human resource development, process management and performance to excellence. 2.)The elements, observed variable and the model was appropriated from confirmation of the model by experts. The experts give more feedback of three observed variables: 1) moral variables 2) evaluation variables and 3) the recruitment selection variables. 3.) The consistency of the elements that influencing the performance to excellence in private schools showed that the model is consistent with empirical data: x2 = 169.59 df = 156, x2/df = 1.08, p = 0.22, GFI = 0.93 AGFI = 0.90, RMR = 0.049 and a coefficient prediction of the structural equation latent within performance to excellence in private schools was 0.91, indicating that the variables in the model can explain the variability of performance results to excellence in private schools is 91 percent and its influencing the performance to excellence in private schools.
