ความสัมพันธ์ของการสื่อสารที่มีผลต่อการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลนคร จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการเปิดรับข่าวสารทางการเมือง ทัศนคติทางการเมือง ความรู้ทางการเมือง ความสนใจทางการเมือง และการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาล นคร จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนคร จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีการเปิดรับข่าวสารทางการเมืองในระดับเป็นครั้งคราว หรือ 5-6 วันต่อสัปดาห์ มีการเปิดรับสูงสุด คือ สื่อมวลชน ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับบ่อย และมีการเปิดรับในระดับเป็นครั้งคราว ได้แก่ สื่อกิจกรรมทางการเมือง สื่อบุคคลและสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ ตามลำดับ ทางด้านความรู้ทางการเมืองประชาชนมีความรู้ทางการเมือง ในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก มีความรู้สูงสุด คือ ทราบว่าการปกครองระบอบประชาธิปไตยประชาชนมีอำนาจ สูงสุด และมีความสนใจทางการเมืองในระดับเห็นด้วย มีความสนใจสูงสุด คือ สนใจติดตามการทำงานและ ผลงานทางด้านการเมือง ทางด้านการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองประชาชนมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองในระดับ มาก คือ การมีส่วนร่วมในการเลือกตั้ง และ มีส่วนร่วมในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมตรวจสอบ ทางการเมือง การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางการเมือง การมีส่วนร่วมประชุม/ร่วมชุมนุมทางการเมือง และ การมีส่วนร่วมแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง ตามลำดับ

จากการศึกษาพบว่าการเปิดรับข่าวสารทางการเมืองด้านสื่อมวลชนส่งผลที่ดีต่อทัศนคติทางการ เมือง ความสนใจทางการเมืองและความรู้ทางการเมืองของประชาชน ในขณะที่การเปิดรับข่าวสาร ทางการเมืองด้านสื่อบุคคล และสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ส่งผลที่ดีต่อความรู้ทางการเมืองของประชาชนซึ่ง ทัศนคติทางการเมือง ความรู้ทางการเมือง และ ความสนใจทางการเมืองที่เกิดขึ้นจากการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ทางการเมืองนี้ส่งผลทางอ้อมต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมือง นคร จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยผลการศึกษา พบว่า ความสนใจทางการเมืองส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการมีส่วน ร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตเทศบาลเมืองนคร จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ สูงสุด รองลงมาคือ ความรู้ ทางการเมือง และ ทัศนคติทางการเมือง ตามลำดับ

Relationship of Communication in Political Participation of People in Samutprakan Municipality

The objectives of this study were to study the exposure to the political medias, the political attitudes, the political knowledge, the political interests and the political participation of people in municipality area, Samut Prakan province. The study results showed that people in the municipality, Samut Prakan province. The exposure to political medias sometimes or 5-6 days a week. The highest level was the media exposure which was often and exposure in sometimes level, the political activities, personal medias and social medias online respectively. The people agreed with the political knowledge in the highest level. The highest knowledge was known that the democracy reign were the people had the highest authority and agreed in the political interested. The highest level was following the career path in politics and working results. The political participation of people in the moderate level were the participation in political examination, participation in political activities , the participation in meetings/association in politics, and participation in political opinions respectively. This study had found that the exposure to political and mass medias had the good affected towards the politics attitudes towards, political interests and the knowledge of the people. While the exposure to political and personal medias and social medias on line had the good affected towards the politics knowledge of the people that the political attitudes, political knowledge and political interests that had occurred the exposure to political medias that indirect affected towards the behavior of the political participation of the people in Samut Prakan Municipality. The study results showed that the political interests had affected towards the behaviors of the political participation of the people in Samut Prakan Municipality were at the highest level, followed by the political knowledge and political attitudes , respectively. However this study, they couldn’t find the relationships between the exposure the political medias, the political activity medias included the political attitudes, knowledge and the political interests.
