Abstract
DEVELOPMENT OF WORK EFFICIENCY EVALUATION MODELFOR OPERATION OFFICER IN GOVERNMENT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTE
This dissertation is objected to study the work efficiency factors of the operation officer in government higher education institute, to develop the work efficiency evaluation model for the operation officer in government higher education institute, and to evaluate the work efficiency evaluation model for the operation officer in government higher education institute. Findings are as follows 1.)The work efficiency factors of the operation officer in higher education institute resulted from the factor analysis technique conforms with the starting theoretical concept, Peter Senge’s 5 principles of learning organization, 1) personal mastery, 2) mental models, 3) shared vision, 4) team learning, and 5) system thinking 2.) The work efficiency evaluation model for operation officer in government higher education institute is c onstructed and presented in the form of web application connected to the database system. The application applied the evaluation form with the weight loading multiplication, calculated from the retrieved eigen value and the factor loading from the factor analysis technique, and resulted in returned work efficiency value. The evaluation of the work efficiency evaluation model for operation officer in government higher education institute by the comparison of the result from the application and the result of the traditional procedures resulted in the medium positive relation expression with the correlation value of 0.625.
