ตัวแบบการจัดการเพื่อการบรรลุยุทธศาสตร์วิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ ศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการบรรลุยุทธศาสตร์ วิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัด นครปฐม และสร้างตัวแบบการจัดการเพื่อการบรรลุยุทธศาสตร์ วิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้ เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ อาศัยตัวแบบสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง ประชากรได้แก่ สมาชิกวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ เครือข่าย ในจังหวัดนครปฐม จำนวน 3,171 คน คำนวณหาขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ที่ความคาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 356 คน ผู้วิจัยใช้การสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น จำแนกตามอำเภอ ทั้ง 7 ในจังหวัดนครปฐม เครื่องมือได้แก่แบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา และความ เที่ยงด้วยวิธีอัลฟา ครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงในช่วง 0.70-0.97

ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุเฉลี่ย 50 ปี สถานภาพสมรส ระยะเวลา ประกอบวิสาหกิจเฉลี่ย 5 ปี และมีจำนวนสมาชิกโดยเฉลี่ย 15 คน ผลการวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบการจัดการ เพื่อการบรรลุยุทธศาสตร์ วิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดนครปฐม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชน มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อ การบรรลุยุทธศาสตร์ วิสาหกิจชุมชน จังหวัดนครปฐม มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ ชุมชน และ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อ การจัดการวิสาหกิจชุมชน ตามลำดับ ส่วนนโยบายรัฐบาล และการสนับสนุน (Government Policies) มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงลบต่อ การจัดการ วิสาหกิจชุมชน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

The model of management to reach the strategy of the community enterprise in Nakhorn Pathom province

This research aims to study the factors affected the strategic achievement and to make up the model of management to reach the strategic achievement of the community enterprise in Nakhorn Pathom province. It uses the quantitative research with the structural equation modeling. The population is 3,196 of the members of the community enterprise and its networks in the province of Nakhorn Pathom. It calculates the size of the representative sample group by the calculation of Taro Yamane at 0.05 of the deviation. The number of the representative sample in the group is 356. The researcher uses the stratified random sampling in each of the 7 districts of Nakhorn Pathom province. The tool is the questionnaire which passed the content validity and accuracy by the Alpha Cronbach’s method at 0.70 - 0.97.

The result of the research show that most of the people who answered the questionnaire are female. The mean age is 50 years old with the marital statusand 5 years of the mean length of work in the enterprise. The mean number of the members is 15. The researched result, of the model of management to reach the strategic achievement of the community enterprise in Nakhorn Pathom province, founds that the management of the community enterprise affects positively and directly to the strategic achievement of the community enterprise in Nakhorn Pathom province.The Standardization for Community Product and the Local Wisdom affects positively and directly to the management of the community enterprise and respectively. The Government Policies affects negatively and directly to the community enterprise without statistic significant.
