การพัฒนาเครือข่ายชุมชนพึ่งตนเองในการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และศึกษาปรากฏการณ์ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน ในกิจกรรมการพัฒนาเครือข่ายชุมชนพึ่งตนเองในการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อค้นหาวิธีการพัฒนาเครือข่ายชุมชน พึ่งตนเองในการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด และเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการพัฒนาเครือข่ายชุมชนพึ่งตนเองใน การแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติดให้คงอยู่ในชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประชาชนร้อยละ 80.6 เห็นว่า ชุมชน/หมู่บ้านพื้นที่วิจัย มีปัญหาการแพร่ระบาดของยาเสพติด และร้อยละ 98.9 เห็นด้วยกับการพัฒนา เครือข่ายชุมชนพึ่งตนเองในการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด จากการวิเคราะห์และศึกษาปรากฏการณ์การมีส่วนร่วม ของประชาชนด้านการพัฒนาเครือข่ายชุมชนพึ่งตนเองในการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด คุณลักษณะด้าน โครงสร้างเครือข่ายทางสังคม เป็นแบบเครือข่ายประสานทุกช่องทาง เนื่องจากสมาชิกมีการติดต่อสื่อสาร และรับข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างกันทุกคน ผู้แสดงบทบาทศูนย์กลางในเครือข่าย เป็นผู้นำที่ได้รับการยอมรับ และสนับสนุนจากฝ่ายต่างๆ ในหมู่บ้าน จุดแข็งของความผูกพันเป็นแบบเชิงเครือญาติ คนรู้จักสนิทสนม ช่วยเหลือเกื้อกูล แบ่งปันทรัพยากร การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาเครือข่ายชุมชนพึ่งตนเองในการแก้ไข ปัญหายาเสพติด สมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมคิด ตัดสินใจ ปฏิบัติ และประเมินผล การค้นหาวิธีการพัฒนาเครือข่าย ชุมชนพึ่งตนเองในการแก้ไขปัญหายาเสพติด ได้แก่ การก่อเกิดเครือข่ายเริ่มจากการสร้างสมาชิกแกนนำ ที่สมัครใจและได้รับการคัดเลือกจากทุกกลุ่ม การดำเนินกิจกรรมเครือข่ายสมาชิกมีความรู้ความเข้าใจ สามารถดำเนินกิจกรรมได้ทุกกิจกรรม การประสานเครือข่ายเน้นการรวมกลุ่มให้เครือข่ายเข้มแข็ง ในการ ดำรงอยู่ของเครือข่าย และขยายพื้นโดยมีการร่วมกิจกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องThe development of self – reliance community network for the solving of narcotic drugs.

The study aimed (1) to analyze and study the phenomenon, the participation of people in development activities to foster community network in troubleshooting drugs , (2) to find ways to foster community development network in solving the drug problem. (3) to develop a self-reliant community development networks in troubleshooting the drug to remain in the community sustainable. The results showed that the people 80.6 percentage of the public agreed that community village area of research with the spread of drugs , develop a network of community self – reliance in solving drug problems people agreed with the percentage of 98.9 , analyze and study the phenomenon of the public participation aspect, network development , community self – reliance in solving drug problems quality in structure of social that is model of network because the member connect and receive information the leader of network control was concede and support from several part of village , strength of attached lineage, intimate , support , share natural resource participation for develop community network for solving the drug the member united in though decision making ,act and estimate .

Research to develop community for solve drug problem after supplement they have relationship among the members in community. To develop network about knowledge, academic activities and continuous . To support induce , estimate to success for a new member.
