การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานตามอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การบริหารจัดการกระบวนการผลิตพร้อมประเมินสภาพความพร้อมในการดำเนินงาน และหาแนวทางการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีและสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานตามอัตลักษณ์ของชุมชน ในจังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 123 ราย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป คำนวณหาความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ใช้การประชุมกลุ่มย่อยและการสัมภาษณ์ แล้วสรุปเป็นความเรียง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ด้านการบริหารจัดการกระบวนการผลิตของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้า OTOP พบว่า การสั่งการ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.15 การควบคุมสินค้า อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.07 การจัดองค์กร อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.00 การวางแผนของ อยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.37 ด้านสภาพความพร้อมในการดำเนินงานในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ กลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้ามีการจัดหาเทคโนโลยีการผลิตมีค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย 3.45 อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (2) ความสามารถของผู้ผลิตสินค้าในชุมชนสู่การรับรองมาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน (มผช.) พบว่า กลุ่มความต้องการแรงงาน มีสภาพทางการเงินทุนหมุนเวียนที่ใช้ในการผลิตเพียงพอเป็นบางครั้ง แหล่งที่มาของวัตถุดิบหาได้ในชุมชน ในการรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมในกระบวนการผลิตการผลิตไม่ส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการผลิตส่วนใหญ่เพียงพอ มีสถานที่จัดเก็บวัตถุดิบ และยังอยู่ในระหว่างการขยายกำลังการผลิต มีกำลังการผลิตต่อความต้องการของลูกค้าที่เพียงพอ ผลิตภัณฑ์ไม่มีการบรรจุหีบห่อมีมากที่สุด รูปทรงผลิตภัณฑ์มีผลต่อการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ผลิตจะมีส่วนร่วมในการการออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ แต่ในการออกแบบของผู้ผลิตมีความคล้ายคลึงกับผลิตภัณฑ์อื่นบ้างบางส่วน สภาพความพร้อมในการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตสินค้า OTOP แบ่งออกเป็น 6 ด้าน ดังนี้ (1) ด้านเทคโนโลยีการจัดการ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับ (2) ด้านเทคโนโลยีคุณภาพและมาตรฐาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ด้านเทคโนโลยีการผลิตพบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (4) เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ พบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (5) ด้านเทคโนโลยีสิ่งแวดล้อม/ความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน พบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (6) ด้านเทคโนโลยีการบำรุงรักษา พบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับน้อย

TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENT OF WORKING BASED ON THE COMMUNITY IDENTITY

This research is the analysis of the management process along with the condition assessment, availability, performance and finds ways to develop technology and working environment based on the community identity in the Samutsongkhram province, from a sample of 123 cases. Data analysis software packages, calculation frequency, percentage, average and standard deviation. The second step is the small group meeting, interviews, and a brief essay. The results showed that the management processes of manufacturing OTOP products that the directing is the high level with the mean score of 4.15, in the control product that is in high level with a mean score of 4.07, In the organization found that the overall level of the mean score is 4.00, the planning of the overall high level in a mean score of 3.37, the state of readiness for operation of product development experience that the producers are supplying technology to produce a mean score of 3.45 on average.

The ability of manufacturers in the certification community standard, which was found that the demand for labor, financial condition, working capital used to produce enough as sometimes the source of raw material for it, in which environmental protection in the production process does not affect the environment, the tools used to produce the most adequate, a place to store raw materials and also in the process of expanding its production capacity,  production to customer demand is sufficient, the product is packaged with the most, shaped products affect product design, most manufacturers will be involved in product design, but the design of the manufacturer is similar to what some other products, the availability of the manufacturer of the product, OTOP is divided into six areas, which are (1) the management technology, which the overall was high, (2) the quality and technological standards, which was found that the overall level, (3) the production technology which found that the overall was moderate, (4) the technology was found that it ran overall moderate, (5) the environmental technology/safety at work, which found that the overall was moderate and (6) the maintenance technology, which found that the overall was the level.
