การพัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมด้านวิชาการโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนารูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมด้านวิชาการโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 (2) การสร้างรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมจัดการศึกษาด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 และ (3) เพื่อประเมินผลรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมจัดการศึกษาด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 โดยการจัดสนทนากลุ่ม (focus group discussion) จากผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง 14 คน

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. มีกระบวนการของการมีส่วนร่วมการจัดการศึกษาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลได้ ดังนี้ (1) มีส่วนร่วมการวางแผน (2) มีส่วนร่วมการดำเนินการ (3) มีส่วนร่วมการติดตามและประเมินผล (4) มีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์และร่วมรับผิดชอบผลการดำเนินการ

2. รูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมจัดการศึกษาด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 มี 2 องค์ประกอบหลัก ดังนี้ องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 1 กระบวนการของการมีส่วนร่วม องค์ประกอบหลักที่ 2 ด้านขอบข่ายการบริหารงานวิชาการ สำหรับการตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมจัดการศึกษา ด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 9 คน พบว่ามีความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.38, SD = 0.14) และความเป็นไปได้ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.13, SD = 0.23)

3. การประเมินผลรูปแบบการมีส่วนร่วมจัดการศึกษาด้านวิชาการของโรงเรียน ดีประจำตำบล สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาน่าน เขต 2 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความง่ายต่อการนำไปใช้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด

DEVELOPMENT OF ACADEMIC PARTICIPATORY MODEL FOR SUB-DISTRICT GOOD SCHOOL OF NAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE OFFICE AREA 2

The main objective; (1) study the current state on the academic participation for sub-district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Office Area 2 (2) The format of participation in academic educational administration for sub-district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Office Area 2 and (3) Evaluation of the academic participatory model for sub-district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Are Office 2 by focus group from 14 involved persons.

The results of research were as follows:

1. The current state on the academic participatory model for Sub - district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Office Area 2 were as follows: (1) participate in planning (2) participate in operation (3) participate in evaluation and (4) participate in the benefits and take responsibility for the results.

2. The academic participatory model for sub-district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Office Area 2 for the sub-district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Are Office 2 by 9 experts were found that the suitability and the possibility were at the high level ( = 4.38, SD = 0.14) and the possibility was at the high level ( = 4.13, SD = 0.23)

3. Evaluation of the academic participatory model for sub - district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Are Office 2 by focus group discussion on issues of easy applying and usefulness of the academic participatory model for sub - district good school in Nan Primary Educational Service Are Office 2 was found that the usefulness of the model was at the highest.
