การพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสำหรับการจัดการศึกษา หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ประเภทการวิจัยและพัฒนา (the research and development) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต และทดลองใช้ระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในดังกล่าวที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยนี้ คือ (1) แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง เพื่อสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 17 ท่าน ที่ใช้ในขั้นตอนการร่างระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายใน (2) แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า เพื่อให้ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 17 ท่าน พิจารณาร่างระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายใน ทั้งประเด็นความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้ และ (3) การจัดสนทนากลุ่ม (focus group) ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการทดลองใช้ระบบนี้

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เมื่อทำการทดลองใช้ระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิตที่ได้พัฒนาขึ้น และทำการปรับปรุงระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในนี้ให้มีความสมบูรณ์มากขึ้น จะได้ระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต ประกอบด้วย (1) การดำเนินงานการใช้ระบบการประกันคุณภาพการภายในสำหรับการจัดการศึกษา หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต มี 6 รายการ (2) กระบวนการในระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสำหรับการจัดการศึกษาหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต มี 10 รายการ และ (3) องค์ประกอบ และดัชนีบ่งชี้คุณภาพ สำหรับการจัดการศึกษา หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต ประกอบด้วย องค์ประกอบคุณภาพด้านอาจารย์ มีจำนวนตัวบ่งชี้ 18 ตัว องค์ประกอบคุณภาพด้านหลักสูตร มีจำนวนตัวบ่งชี้ 15 ตัว องค์ประกอบคุณภาพด้านทรัพยากรสนับสนุนการศึกษา มีจำนวนตัวบ่งชี้ 28 ตัว องค์ประกอบคุณภาพด้านการบริหาร มีจำนวนตัวบ่งชี้ 14 ตัว องค์ประกอบคุณภาพด้านการเรียนการสอน และการประเมินผล มีจำนวนตัวบ่งชี้ 27 ตัว และองค์ประกอบคุณภาพด้านนักศึกษา มีจำนวนตัวบ่งชี้ 22 ตัว

THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM FOR EDUCATION MANAGEMENT IN THE MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM

In this qualitative research and development (R&D) project, the researchers develop an internal quality assurance system for educational management in the Master of Business Administration Program (MBAP) and thence implement this system. The research tools are as follows : (1) The semi-structured questionnaire for interviewing seventeen stakeholders in the management of MBAP for the step of developing the internal quality assurance system draft for educational management for MBAP (2) The five rating scale questionnaire for the internal quality assurance system draft consideration by seventeen experts as to appropriateness and feasibility (3) The focus group discussion of engaging discussants actively concerned with the program

Findings concerning the implementation of the internal quality assurance system for the educational management of the improved MBAP are as follows: (1) Six items pertained to the operation of the system, (2) System processes involved ten items, and (3) Components and indices indicating the quality of the educational management of MBAP consisted of the components of lecturer quality with eighteen indicators; the components of curriculum quality with fifteen indicators; the components of the quality of resources supporting education with twenty-eight indicators; the components of quality in administration with fourteen indicators; the components of quality in instruction and study and evaluation with twenty-seven indicators; and the components of student quality with twenty-two indicators.
