A STUDY OF PROMOTION GUIDELINES INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OF EDUCATION INSTITUTION IN THE OPERATION OF TEACHERS UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 31

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study promoted guidelines for the operation of quality assurance in educational institution, focusing on working performance of teachers under the authority of The Secondary Educational Service Area Office 31. The sample group of this researcher consisted of 760 teachers. The research instruments consisted of questionnaires and records of focus group. The statistical analyses used in this research were percentage, mean, SD. (F-test).
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. The quality assurance operational level in educational institution, focusing on working performance of teachers.
2. The results of comparison on quality assurance operational levels in educational institution, focusing on working performance of teachers.
3. The promoted guidelines for the operation of quality assurance in educational institution. (1) For the operational Planning aspect (Plan), school administrators should encourage teachers to be concerned and understand in using the requirement data of public, community, and schools for synthesizing, in order to set up goals, build up the reliability to community. (2) For the Planned operational aspect (Do), school administrators should promote facilities on database, materials, equipment, technology, and buildings as requirements of persons who are responsible for carrying out the quality assurance in educational institution. (3) For the investigating and evaluating aspect (Check), both committee or central committee appointment and school equipment invention should be promoted in creating the investigating tools for assessing operational outcomes in a form of networking associations. (4) For the aspect of evaluating result adoption for improving working performance, educational institution should promote in launching fundamental structure of Internet system that is ready to be used; encourage the committees in taking a responsibility and management of information technology.
