บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการดำเนินการ และแนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการของสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนคอหงส์ จำกัดใช้การสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก โดยมีผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก ได้แก่ กรรมการสหกรณ์ เจ้าหน้าที่สหกรณ์ สมาชิกสหกรณ์ คณะกรรมการบริหารกลุ่มสมาชิกและเจ้าหน้าที่ส่งเสริมสหกรณ์จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 30 คนการประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น และการสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วมและไม่มีส่วนร่วม เป็นเครื่องมือรวบรวมข้อมูลภาคสนาม ร่วมกับการศึกษาเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูลโดยใช้การตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า
1. การมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาการดำเนินการของสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนคอหงส์ จำกัด ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผน โดยสมาชิกเข้าร่วมประชุมใหญ่สามัญประจำปี และการเข้าร่วมประชุมกลุ่มสมาชิก การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติงาน โดยการเป็นกรรมการดำเนินการ กรรมการบริหารกลุ่มสมาชิก และใช้บริการด้านต่าง ๆ ในธุรกิจของสหกรณ์ การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ร่วมกัน โดยการรับสวัสดิการต่าง ๆ ที่สหกรณ์จัดขึ้น รวมทั้งเงินปันผลและเงินเฉลี่ยคืนดอกเบี้ยเงินกู้ตามสัดส่วนจากผลกำไรของสหกรณ์ และการมีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบ โดยการเป็นผู้ตรวจสอบกิจการสหกรณ์
2. แนวทางการพัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการของสหกรณ์เครดิตยูเนี่ยนคอหงส์ จำกัด พบว่า เดิมสมาชิกมีส่วนร่วมในการเข้าร่วมประชุมน้อย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 41 สหกรณ์ได้พัฒนาการมีส่วนร่วมโดยการจัดศึกษาอบรมความรู้ด้านสหกรณ์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้สมาชิกได้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านสหกรณ์การจัดกิจกรรมประชุมกลุ่มสมาชิกและการจัดกิจกรรมสัมมนาศึกษาดูงานส่งผลให้สมาชิกเห็นความสำคัญของสหกรณ์ และเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินการของสหกรณ์เพิ่มขึ้น
