บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกของนักศึกษากีฬามหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ และ 2) ตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลการวัดทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ มีการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษากีฬามหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ จำนวน 700 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบวัดทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวก มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .95 มีค่าอํานาจจําแนกระหว่าง .85 - .94 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) และตรวจสอบความความสอดคล้องของโมเดลทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกของนักศึกษากีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติโดยใช้โปรแกรม JASP ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (CFA) ทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกของนักศึกษากีฬามีองค์ประกอบหลัก 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความหวัง (Hope: 0.83) การมองโลกในแง่ดี (Optimism: 0.68) ความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับตัว (Resilience: 0.61) และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตน (Self-Efficacy: 0.60) 2) โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ในระดับดีมาก (χ²=720.912, df=338, CFI=0.944, TLI=0.928, RMSEA=0.040, SRMR=0.046) ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงความน่าเชื่อถือของโครงสร้างแนวคิดทุนทางจิตวิทยาเชิงบวกในกลุ่มนักศึกษากีฬา และจะเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมทุนทางจิตวิทยาในกลุ่มนักศึกษากีฬาอย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งกับนักศึกษา หน่วยงาน และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะและศักยภาพในรอบด้านของนักศึกษากีฬา
