This research had objectives to study the problem and obstacle in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province and to also find the guidelines to develop the operation of Household Appliances (SMEs) Business in Nonthaburi Province. The total populations for this research were 9,773 persons from the 10 Community Enterprises that run Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province. The researcher took a random sampling in the amount of 494 persons. The research emphasized on the operation process in both quantitative research and qualitative research (Mixed Method). Tools used for the research composited of 3 parts. Part 1: Questionnaire asking general information of answerers who were operation staffs of Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province and the characteristic of the questions were openended questions. Part 2: Questions regarding the Human Resource Development that related to the strategy of the Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province and the characteristic of the questions were in Rating scale. Part 3: Questions for qualitative research studying arranging into 5 levels respectively. Tool used for collecting the information was the interview form which was prepared base on theories and related researches for the specification of the study frame and topics. The form was created to collect the needed information by various questions in many aspects regarding the Human Resource Development that conform with the Capacity Development Strategy to operate Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province. (1) The analysis result of personal factors that affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province found that Gender had an effect on personal factors affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province in the aspects of strategical management and marketing, together with governmental policies and promotions at a significant level of .01, and production management at a significant level of 0.05. Age influenced personal factors affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province in the aspects of strategical and marketing management, follow with financial management, as well as accounting and investment, including governmental policies and promotions, and the consulting of information for business improvement at a significant level of .01. Marital status had an effect on personal factors affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province in the aspects of production management, financial management, accounting and investment, governmental policies and promotions, and the consulting of information for business improvement at a significant level of .01. Educational level influenced personal factors affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province in the aspects of strategical and marketing management, production management, ability to manage finance, accounting and investment, governmental policies and promotions, and the consulting of information for business improvement at a significant level of 0.01.Objectives of entering into the SMEs business influenced personal factors affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province in the aspects of strategical and marketing management, production management, ability to manage finance, accounting and investment, governmental policies and promotions, and the consulting of information for business improvement at a significant level of 0.01. Development and integration of the group or network of the business entrepreneurs influenced personal factors affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province in the aspects of ability to manage finance, accounting and investment, governmental policies and promotions, and the consulting of information for business improvement at a significant level of 0.01 and strategical and marketing management at a significant level of 0.05. Group or network of the answerers had most collaboration with the other group or network in what topic influenced personal factors affected to Strategy of Capacity Development in operating Small and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs) of Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province in the aspects of production management, ability to manage finance, accounting and investment, governmental policies and promotions, and the consulting of information for business improvement at a significant level of .01. (2) The analysis result of Multiple regression found that the independent variables of Human Resource Development Strategy to conform with the Capacity Development Strategy to operate Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for Household Appliances Business in Nonthaburi Province had an effect on dependent variables in the aspects of strategically management and marketing, production management, ability to manage finance, accounting and investment, governmental policies and promotions, and the consulting of information for business improvement at a statistical significant level of .05.
