Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to studies the classroom research administration of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province. 2) to develop the classroom research administration strategies of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province. 3) to evaluate classroom research administration strategies of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province had been develop. Methodologies of this research were 3 steps. 1) Studies the classroom research administration of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province. The respondents were 366 as school principals and teachers in basic level education school in Yala province. 2) Development of the classroom research administration of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province using the deep interview 15 expert school principals. 3) Evaluate classroom research administration strategies of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province had been develop the respondent were 100 teachers and principals by specific random sampling. Result of this studied were classroom research administration of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province in whole and in each aspect were in moderate level. The development of classroom research administration strategies of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province were the strategies of support the knowledge regarding how to do classroom research, support the material for doing classroom research and support the budget for doing classroom research. Evaluate the classroom research administration strategies of teachers in basic level education school in Yala province had been develop were suitable and usefulness were in very high level. The suggestion of this research were 1) school principal should using the important strategies for classroom research administration. 2) School principal should use classroom research result that successful to be a criteria for evaluation the performance of teacher in fiscal year evaluation.
