Abstract

Phrakhruvibunsitthitham has the concept about the conflict management in the community that due to lack of good life quality. If the people in the community has the good life quality and then the conflict will not happen. The conflict solution must create the strength for life quality of people. To start of Saccasasomsap Saving Project has the effect to the people conflict in the community for the living and the politics that can reduce the conflict. For Chumsaengsongkram community has the conflict problem with the solution way. It becomes the process of learning promotion of villagers towards the conflict change to cooperation through principle of Dhamma in Buddhism. Phrakhruvibunsitthitham tries to create the community to be the kindness community and community people trust each other through the concept of election model in the local community by focusing on creation for compromised political movement and through management of local community leaders that focused on confidence creation and sincerity and to give the importance to the participation of villagers in the community by voting in the form of referendum of every village and to create the justice for budgetary allocation
