Risk Study of Coffee Shop Business in Bangkok

In this study of Risk Study of Coffee Shop Business in Bangkok, the researcher has purposes in this research to study; (1) the situation of risk in coffee shop in Bangkok, and (2) risk management of coffee shop in Bangkok area. Then, the researcher decided to select main informants from the entrepreneur of coffee shop around Bangkok for 10 people, and 5 people from customers which are equal to 15 people. Thus, the used tools in this research were interview and content analysis. Study results found that, Risk management of coffee shop around Bangkok found out that it has 4 aspects in risk management of coffee shop, it involved marketing risk, financial risk, managerial risk and operational risk, The greatest risk Marketing risk – it is the risk occurred by various crisis, external factor, it consisted of product risk, service risk, location risk – these risks are majority that occurred in coffee shop business. Then, the entrepreneur has risk management of marketing in 5 aspects; risk assessment, risk prevention, risk control, risk management and risk reduction.
