Investigate the Level of the South Korean Tourists Satisfaction toward Ayutthaya Historical Park

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to 1. the investigate the level of the South Korean tourists satisfaction toward Ayutthaya Historical Park 2. to compare the South Korean tourists satisfaction toward Ayutthaya Historical Park, according to personal factors, information perception and the tourism experience. The 400 tourists were the sample of the study. The statistical tool were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA at the statistical significance of .05. The result found that the satisfaction of the South Korean tourists toward Ayutthaya Historical Park was at high revel. The hypothesis testing found that the difference in gender, age, education level, income, maritial status, information perceptions, frequency come to Thailand, period of time and purpose to come back to Thailand did not cause the difference in tourist’s satisfaction. But the difference in the kind of travel and the time of travel cause the difference in tourist’s satisfaction toward Ayutthaya Historical Park at the .05 level of significance.
