Abstract

The purposes were qualitative and quantitative research, to evaluate 1) the significant factors toward learning organization, 2) key indicator of learning organization in private hospital,3) relationship between significant of factors toward learning and key indicator of learning organization in private hospital, and 4) management model of small and medium toward learning organization of private hospital in Nakorn Chaiburin Area, by accidental sampling 208 respondents. Questionnaire was studied instrument at IOC level .87 and Cronbach Coefficient level .86 with Likert Scale 5. Statistical treatments used included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, ranking, Hypothesis tested by Pearson Correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis to created management model of small and medium toward learning organization of private hospital in Nakorn Chaiburin Area. The analysis was conducted by computer program research found that. 1. Finding indicated overall average and every area of significant factors toward learning organization was at high level. If ranking by mean found that first were management area, ( = 4.07), technologies for knowledge ( = 4.03), vision mission and strategic ( = 4.02), leadership ( = 3.87), organizational structure ( = 3.85), organization culture and atmosphere( = 3.83),feedback and goal ( = 3.81), team work and employees ability ( = 3.81), knowledge management ( = 3.77), and motivation area respectively. 2. Finding indicated overall average and every area of significant factors of key indicator of learning organization in private hospital was at high level. If ranking by mean found that first were technologies area ( = 3.85), knowledge ( = 3.82), employees ( = 3.81), system of knowledge ( = 3.78), and organization area ( = 3.76) respectively. 3. Relationship between overall area of factors toward learning organization and key indicator of learning organization in private hospital was at high level. 4. Management model of small and medium toward learning organization of private hospital in Nakorn Chaiburin Area = .862 motivation area + .830 feedback and goal area +.771 organization culture and atmosphere +.744 team work and employees ability + .610 knowledge management + .498 technologies for knowledge + .363 organizational structure
