THE CAPACIBILITY IN FISICAL SERVICES OF NONG PHAI SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION KAENG KHRO DISTRICT CHAIYAPHUM PROVINCE

Abstract

The purposes of the research are 1. To study the general status of organization on the capacity of providing finance services. 2. To study its problems and obstacles of the organization^,s treasury services regarding treasury personnel,  rules, regulations, and budget allocation of the treasury work. 3. To study the relationship between gender, age, education and accupation and the ability to manage the treasury of the organization. 4. To study the salution to the treasury of the organization. This is the quantitative research, a survey, and a explain. Simple group  with local mamagement, finance officer, related government agencies, public users, private agency service users total of 452 people. Using topographic sampling, according to the Taro Yamane recipe, analysis of Chi-Square statistics, the variables are independent of each other, analyze the table by percentage, highest value, maximum value, average. The result revealed that strengthening the capacity development of treasury services will be achieved as follows 1) General condition of Nong Phai Sub District Administration Organization, Kaeng Khro District, Chaiyaphum Province was the local economy is regressing, the population is increasing, high unemployment rate, fixed taxation, taxation is not targeted, people lack the alertness of tax. 2) The problems and obstacles of providing treasury services regarding treasury personnel, rules, regulations, and budget allocation of the treasury work were lack of knowledge about the roles and duties of the people, the public lacks the conscience to participate, lack of public opining and public needs, the officer lacked the  conscience of the service, lack of improvement of regulations and laws, lack of publicity for disseminating  information, lack of integrated networking across all sectors. 3) The relationship between gender, age, education and occupation and the ability to manage the treasury of the organization was the treasury management is favorable, reviews on improvements to the use of treasury services no relationship to sex, age, however, there is a statistically significant correlation to education and occupation at a level of 0.05.  4) The solution to treasury services should be dissemination of information about the fiscal work, allowing people to participate in every dimension, allocate a budget according to the needs of the people and improve the service to be more efficient.
