FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFICIENCY OF ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT SYSTEMS OF THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING MAHASARAKRM UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This research aims to study the influence on the effectiveness of the electronic correspondence system of personnel in the Faculty of Engineering. Mahasarakham University. The samples used in this study were 77 people in the Faculty of Engineering, statistics used to analyze the data using questionnaires using stratified sampling.   Inference statistics include Independent Samples t-test, One-way ANOVA

            The results showed that the majority of respondents were male.  The agency is an engineering office.  Most behaviors use the system 7-10 times/week, less than 15 minutes, experience more than 1 year, and the most active menu is the register of the receipt book.  Processing speed the level of education affects the efficiency of electronic correspondence systems. The ability to search for information and accuracy, and behavioral factors regarding the frequency of use, affects the efficiency of electronic systems.  Search capabilities and accuracy
