Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study level of transformation leadership of educational institution administrators, 2) to study effectiveness of educational administrative, 3) to study the relationship between transformation leadership and effectiveness of educational administrative and 4) to study transformation leadership affecting effectiveness. This research was mixed method research. The population consisted of 1,845 administrators, administrators assistant and teachers in educational institution under Songkhla Non formal and Informal education. The sample size was determined by Krecie & Morgan. The samples were 320 people selected by simple random sampling. The tool used in the study was a questionnaire and interview for 18 people and estimated appropriateness and feasibility by 9 experts. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's product moment and multiple regression analysis. The research results revealed that: 1) Level of transformation leadership of educational institution administrators as a whole and each aspect, it found that all aspects were at much level. The highest was inspiration motivation aspect, followed by intellectual stimulation aspect and the lowest was individual consideration. 2) Effectiveness of educational administrative as a whole was at much level and when considering each aspect found that all aspects were at much level. The highest was ability in students with high achievement learning, followed by ability in student’s development with positive attitude and the lowest was ability in internal solution problems in educational institution. 3) Relationship between transformation leadership and effectiveness of educational administrative, the overall were positive relationship at high level with statistically significant level of 0.01 and 4) transformation leadership affecting effectiveness as a whole was 79.20 (R2) = .79.
