A STUDY OF COOPERATIVE EDUCATION OPERATION OF FACULTY OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION, RAJAMANGALA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY THANYABURI

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to study the Cooperative Education Operation of Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, 2) to study the guidelines of Cooperative Education Operation of Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi. The research population were stakeholders 274 people, the instrument used for collecting data were questionnaire, statistical analysis by frequency, percentage, mean, S.D. and interviewed 5 executives of Faculty of Technical Education, Rajamangala University of Tehchnology Thanyaburi who have had experience in Cooperative Education Operation at least 3 years by purposive sampling. Data analysis by content analysis.

The results of the research were as follows: 1) the Cooperative Education Operation of Faculty of Technical Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, have been examined at the high level. 2) the guidelines of Cooperative Education Operation of Faculty of Technical Education of Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi, the aspect of consideration in the qualifications of Cooperative Education Students: the executives should appoint the person who responsible in the qualifications consideration of Cooperative Education Students, the aspect of preparation for Cooperative Education Students before working at the workplace: : the executives should provide the Cooperative Education preparation course, orientation activity and professional skills enhancement projects for Cooperative Education Students, the aspect of seeking and certification jobs: the executives should provide the jobs covered all the curriculums, the aspect of working at the workplace: the executives should provide the Cooperative Education subject in the second semester of final year students, the aspect of consulting, problem solving and supervision of Cooperative Education: the executives should provide the orientation for Cooperative Education Teachers, the aspect of continued activities after Cooperative Education at the workplace ended: the executives should provide the post training presentation, Cooperative Education project exhibition, job fair and the signing MOU with the workplace to convince them to be a part of Cooperative Education Operation.
