PEOPLE’S EXPECTATIONS FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PHRAEKSAMAI MUNICIPALITY SUB-DISTRICT, MUEANG DISTRICT, SAMUTPRAKAN PROVINCE

This study has of objectives: 1) To study the level of the people's expectations for administration of Phraeksamai municipality sub-district, Mueang district, Samut Prakan province. 2) To comparing of the people's expectations for administration of Phraeksamai municipality sub-district, Mueang district, Samut Prakan province. 3) To present opinions and suggestions about the administration of Phraeksamai municipality sub-district, Mueang district, Samut Prakan province. The sample group used in this study is people in the Phraeksamai municipality sub-district, Mueang district, Samut Prakan province. This study was specifying the sample size of 394 people from total 27,677 people by taro Yamane formula. The tools had used in this study was questionnaires, the data analysis had used computer software, statistical package for percentages, average, standard deviation, t-test independent samples and F-test one way ANOVA.
The results of the study found that: 1) The people's expectations for administration of Phraeksamai municipality sub-district, Mueang district, Samut Prakan province overall is high level ( =4.14). Sorting the mean in descending order as follows: Infrastructure ( =4.60), Socio-political economy
( =4.32), Quality of life of people ( =4.12), Conservation of natural resources and the environment respectively. 2) Comparison results of the people's expectations for the administration of the municipality. Classified by personal factors no different. 3) The comments and suggestions about the people's expectations for administration of Phraeksamai municipality sub-district, Mueang district, Samut Prakan province on each side as follows: Infrastructure, there should be road repairs which was damaged as a bump to cover every crowd. The Provincial Waterworks Authority should expand to cover all villages and communities. The Phraeksamai municipality sub-district should provide enough water for agriculture and adequate consumption, respectively
