Social Dialogue and ASEAN

Abstract

Social Dialogue is affected to a system of Good Industrial Relations Practices in its country. These help the country to enhance the competitiveness and harmonious industrial relations, to alleviate tension in negotiation, to accomplish mutual resolution and to bring to the existence and expansion of its business. In this paper, it also mentioned the example of some members
of the ASEAN. The abovementioned are lesson learned that lead to further develop an industrial relation system of the country and make it an alternative of global investments and businesses.
