Enhancing the service quality of Fix it Center

Abstract

The office of the vocational education commission objective is to produce and develop manpower at the skill level (Vocational Certificate), technical level (Diploma), and technology level. (Bachelor of Technology or Operating). Moreover, there has vocational training to respond the needs of the labor market. Fix it Center is the activity that support good qualities and professional skills for learners. The management of this Center is the integrated management that is consistent with economic development of Thailand policy with the Thailand 4.0 model. Thailand 4.0 model drive the economy with technology, creativity and innovation by using people's state power. This model focus on the participation of every sectors, SMEs and Startup advocating to drive in the same direction. Can be seen that driven by people's state power is consistent with the management of Fix it Center that is consist of private company sector, government sector, educational institution and civil society with the purpose to reduce unnecessary expenses, Generate income from occupations and develop innovative products to the community in order to ensure the implementation of Fix it Center for sustainable success. Fix it Center elevation to be a permanent center in the community for develop student to have volunteer skills with intensive professional skills. It can strengthen confidence in providing services with continuous and sustainable quality. Therefore, the office of the vocational education commission has approve the operational development of Fix it Center to be a provincial permanent center to service people as a provincial permanent center.
