The use of Multi-Domain Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) technologies supports the advancement of the national security strategy

Abstract

Multi-Domain Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) technology encompasses the integration of technologies for gathering information across various domains, including the space, aerial, ground, maritime and cyber domains. It aims to provide comprehensive intelligence support for operational planning and decision-making in security missions. This technology directly supports national security strategies through the missions of various armed forces. The application of ISR technology addresses five strategic security issues: Maintaining Peace Within the Country, Preventing and Solving Problems that Affect Security, Developing the Country’s Potential to Be Ready to Face Threats that Affect National Security, Integrating Security Cooperation with ASEAN and Internationally, and Developing a Holistic Security Management Mechanism
