The Study of Current Situation and Development Needs of the Participatory School Management Model Using the PDCA Quality Management Cycle to Develop High-Performance Human Resources at Chethuphan Commercial College

Abstract
This research aimed to study the current conditions and needs for the development of a participatory school administration model using the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) quality management cycle to enhance the competency-based workforce at Chetupon Commercial College. It wasa quantitative study that employed a questionnaire to collect data from five groups of participants: college administrators, school board members, teachers, students’ parents, community representatives, and network partners, totaling 379 individuals. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that: The current condition of participatory school administration using the PDCA quality management process to develop a competency-based workforce at Chetupon Commercial College was at a moderate level overall. Both participatory administration and the use of the PDCA process were rated at a moderate level. The need for a participatory school administration model using the PDCA process to enhance the competency-based workforce at Chetupon Commercial College was found to be at the highest level overall. Both participatory administration and the use of the PDCA process were rated at the highest.
