บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงการขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรีเขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 273 คน โดยใช้การสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณแบบลำดับชั้น ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงและการขับเคลื่อนสถานศึกษาสู่ประชาคมอาเซียนของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก สู่ประชาคมอาเซียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชลบุรี เขต 2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 สามารถสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ที่ดีที่สุด คือ Y ̂ = 0.332 + 0.302(X1) + 0.330(X3) + 0.285(X4) หรือในรูปสมการคะแนนมาตรฐานคือ Z ̂ = 0.415(Z1) + 0.380(Z3) + 0.421(Z4)

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1. to study the transformational leadership of school administrators under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, to study the mobilizing educational schools to ASEAN community and to study a relationship between transformational leadership of schools administrators and mobilizing educational schools to ASEAN community under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 273 primary school teachers under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and the research instrument was a five-rating-scale questionnaires. The statistics used in the data analysis were mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this research concluded that overall transformational leadership and mobilizing educational institutions to ASEAN community of educational administrators under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 were at the high level. Transformational leadership of educational administrators effected to the mobilizing educational institutions to ASEAN community under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 showed a statistically significant difference at .01. Transformational leadership of educational administrators had ability to create the best prediction equations for mobilizing educational institutions to ASEAN community under the Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as followings:Y ̂ = 0.332 + 0.302(X1) + 0.330(X3) + 0.285(X4) or the equation in the form of standard score: Z ̂ = 0.415(Z1) + 0.380(Z3) + 0.421(Z4)
