รูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสู่ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาขนาดเล็ก (A Curriculum Administrative Model for the Effectiveness of Learning Management in Small Secondary School)

บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสู่ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมขนาดเล็ก ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันจากการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครู จำนวน 51 คน และศึกษาแนวทางจากการสัมภาษณ์ผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครู จำนวน 6 คน นำข้อมูลที่ได้มายกร่างรูปแบบและตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมโดยใช้วิธีการสัมมนาอิง              ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 9 คน ประเมินความเป็นไปได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้จากการสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครู จำนวน 63 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและ          การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

                ผลการวิจัย พบว่า รูปแบบการบริหารหลักสูตรสู่ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนมัธยมขนาดเล็ก ประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) บริบท 2) ปัจจัยการบริหารหลักสูตร   3) กระบวนการบริหารหลักสูตร และ 4)  ประสิทธิผลการจัดการเรียนรู้

                The purpose of this research is to develop a curriculum administrative model move toward efficiency of learning management in small secondary schools. To study the states of curriculum administration from questionnaire of school administrators, heads of academic and teachers 51 persons. Plus to study guidelines of curriculum administration were made interviews of school administrators, heads of academic and teachers 6 persons. Using the information obtained to draft a model. And check the suitability by using Connoisseurship from  9 experts, And to evaluate the possibility of implementing the model with the feedback from school administrators, heads of academic and teachers 63 persons. The data was analyzed by mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

                Results showed that: A curriculum administrative model move toward effectiveness of learning management in small secondary schools consisting of four elements which are:    1) context 2) factors of curriculum administration 3) processes of curriculum administration 4) effectiveness of learning management.
