THE STRATEGY MANAGEMENT The Strategy Management Affecting to Effectiveness’ School under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract

The objectives of this study were : 1) to study strategy management of school’s administration which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. 2) to study effectiveness of school which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, and 3) to study the strategy management affecting to effectiveness’ school which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The population were 50 districts 437 schools which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. Determining sample size for research activities of Krejcie and Morgan and sample were 205 schools. There were 410 informants who were administrators and vice administrators. Use method stratified random sampling. The instrument was questionnaire about strategy management for effectiveness’ school which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The statistics for analyzing data were used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The results found that : 1. The strategy management of school’s administration which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were at high level in over all. When considered in each aspects, found that strengthening education standard aspect had high level mean, the runner up-improving education for knowledge and innovation creation aspect, had high level mean and the lowest mean was moral and ethic improving and good citizen aspect but still was at high level mean. 2. The effectiveness of school which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were at high level in over all. When considered in each aspects found that the highest mean was achieve the goal aspect which had high level mean, the runner up was create satisfaction aspect which had high level mean and the lowest mean was resource acquisition aspect which had high level mean. 3. The strategy management of school’s administration effected to effectiveness of school which under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration at .01 significant.
