บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร การบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร และคุณลักษณะผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประชากร ประกอบด้วยผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 519 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 225 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับคุณลักษณะผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการสร้างทีมมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการประเมินความเสี่ยง ส่วนด้านอำนาจการควบคุมภายในตนมีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด 2) ระดับการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานครภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านการกำหนดทิศทางมีค่าเฉลี่ยมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือด้านการควบคุมและประเมินผลกลยุทธ์ ส่วนด้านการกำหนดกลยุทธ์มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด และ 3) คุณลักษณะผู้ประกอบการของผู้บริหารส่งผลต่อการบริหารเชิงกลยุทธ์ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนเอกชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยสามารถร่วมกันทำนายในภาพรวมได้ร้อยละ 86.1
