งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลอง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนรายวิชาความคิดสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู ของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 2 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ สวนสุนันทา ก่อนและหลังการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค LT กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสวนสุนันทา ที่กำลังศึกษาในชั้นปีที่ 2 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการเรียนแบบร่วมมือเทคนิค LT รายวิชาความคิดสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู และแบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนด้วยสถิติทดสอบ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาครูที่เรียนด้วยการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือด้วยเทคนิค LT ในรายวิชาความคิดสร้างสรรค์สำหรับครู มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
