การพัฒนาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 (4C’s) ตามแนวคิดจิตตปัญญาศึกษา ระบบพี่เลี้ยง และการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การวิจัยเป็นฐาน (CCR) สำหรับนักศึกษาครู (Development of 21st Century Skills (4C’s) Based on Contemplative Education, Coaching & Mentoring System and Research-based Learning (CCR) for Teacher Students)

การวิจัยในนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อ 1) พัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดจิตตปัญญาศึกษา ระบบพี่เลี้ยง และการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การวิจัยเป็นฐานสำหรับนักศึกษาครู 2) ศึกษาทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของนักศึกษาครู ซึ่งมีกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเชียงราย คณะครุศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่ศึกษา ในรายวิชา ESS 4901 สัมมนาสังคมศึกษา ประจำปีการศึกษา 2562 จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย โครงการสอนที่จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดจิตตปัญญาศึกษา ระบบพี่เลี้ยง และการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้การวิจัยเป็นฐาน แบบประเมินทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 และแบบบันทึกการสังเกตทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานจากโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป และวิเคราะห์ เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. มีการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ โดยในทุกบทใช้กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดจิตตปัญญาศึกษา และระบบพี่เลี้ยง ส่วนแนวคิดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้การวิจัยเป็นฐานนำมาใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ บทที่ 1, 2 และ 3 2. จากการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดจิตตปัญญาศึกษา ระบบพี่เลี้ยง และการเรียนรู้ โดยใช้การวิจัยเป็นฐาน พบว่านักศึกษาครูมีทักษะในศตวรรษที่ 21 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการร่วมมือและการทำงานเป็นทีม มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ 4.22 รองลงมา คือ ด้านการสื่อสารและแสดงออก มีค่าเฉลี่ย คือ 4.04 ด้านการคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและการแก้ปัญหา มีค่าเฉลี่ย คือ 4.01 และที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านความริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม มีค่าเฉลี่ย คือ 3.99
