Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) The adversity quotient of school administrator 2) The organizational climate of school and 3)The relationships between the adversity quotient of school administrator and organizational climate of school under the Office of Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area. The sample was 34 schools under the Office of Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area. The two respondents from each school consisted of a school director and a teacher, with the total of 68. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient. The research findings revealed that: 1) The adversity quotient of school administrator under the Office of Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area; collectively and individually; was at a highest level; rankings from highest mean to the lowest mean as follows; endurance reach, origin and ownership, and control. 2) The organizational climate of school under the Office of Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area; collectively and individually; was at a highest level; ranking from the highest mean to the lowest mean as follows: school renewal, respect, caring, opportunities for input, continuous academic and social growth, cohesiveness, high Morale, and trust. 3) The relationship between the adversity quotient of school administrator and organizational climate of school under the Office of Bangkok Primary Educational Service Area was found statistically significant at .01 level.
