Abstract

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) the level of the servant leadership of school administrators 2) the level of the participation of teachers in management the district quality schools 3) the relationship between servant leadership of school administrators and participation of teachers in management the district quality schools under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. It was quantitative research. The sample size were 193 teachers under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Obtained by random sampling determined using Krejcie and Morgan table and using a Stratified random sampling. The tools used to collect data were questionnaires, 5 levels of estimation scale. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research results were as follows: 1) The level of the servant leadership of school administrators, overall were at high levels. And when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. Rankings by the mean scores from high to low, were as follows: Humility, Service, Empowerment, Awareness and Building Community. 2) The level of the participation of teachers in management the district quality schools, overall were at high levels. And when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at a high level. Rankings by the mean scores from high to low, were as follows: Participation in Evaluation, Participation in Implementation, Participation in Decision-Making and Participation in Benefits. 3) The relationship between servant leadership of school administrators and participation of teachers in management the district quality schools under Phetchaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 was a positive relationship at a high level, as .01 statistical significance.
