การพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นการโค้ชและการดูแลให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเพื่อส่งเสริมสมรรถนะครูประถมศึกษาของนักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู (The Development of Instructional Model Focusing on Coaching and Mentoring to EnhanceElementary Teachers Competencies of the Student Teachers)

บทคัดย่อ

   การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นการโค้ชและ           การดูแลให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำ  และประเมินประสิทธิผลของการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอน       กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3  สาขาวิชาการประถมศึกษา คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร  จำนวน 20 คน ภาคการศึกษาปลาย  ปีการศึกษา 2557 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย รูปแบบการเรียนการสอน คู่มือการใช้รูปแบบ  แผนการสอน  แบบทดสอบ แบบประเมินแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้  แบบประเมินความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้   แบบประเมิน คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของครูประถมศึกษา  แบบสัมภาษณ์นักเรียน  แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ และแบบบันทึกความคิดเห็น  วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าทีแบบไม่อิสระและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา   ผลการวิจัย พบว่า  รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนมีชื่อว่า “3P-CA Model” มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการ  2) วัตถุประสงค์  3) กระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) การวัดและประเมินผล  และ 5) เงื่อนไขในการนำรูปแบบการเรียนการสอนไปใช้  ทั้งนี้พบว่า รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนมีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 83.96/83.37  และประสิทธิผลของรูปแบบ พบว่า 2.1) หลังเรียนตามรูปแบบนักศึกษามีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะครูประถมศึกษาสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 2.2) นักศึกษามีพัฒนาการด้านความสามารถในการจัดการเรียนรู้สูงขึ้นจากระดับปานกลางเป็นระดับมาก 2.3) คุณลักษณะเฉพาะของครูประถมศึกษามีพัฒนาการสูงขึ้นจากระดับปานกลางเป็นระดับมาก และ 2.4) นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

             The purposes of this research were to develop and determine the efficiency of an instructional model focus on coaching and mentoring and evaluate the effectiveness of the instructional model. The samples were twenty Elementary Education student teachers during the second semester of the academic year 2014 at the Faculty of Education, Silpakorn University. Research instruments were consisted of an instructional model, a handbook for the model, lesson plans, a test, assessment forms, interview forms, questionnaire and journal writing. The data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, a dependent t-test and content analysis.  The results were as follows: The instructional model called “3P-CA Model” was consisted of five elements which were (1) principles; (2) objective; (3) the learning process; (4) Assessments of competency of student teachers; and (5) the important conditions to ensure successful use of the 3P-CA model successfully. The efficiency of this model was 83.96/83.37  and The effectiveness of the 3P-CA Model was indicated that 2.1) knowledge about competency of student teachers in Elementary Education after using this instructional model was statistically significant higher than before at .05 level 2.2) the students had higher development of teaching ability from a moderate level to a high level 2.3) the students had higher development of the characteristic of elementary teacher from a moderate level to a high level  and 2.4) the student teachers’ satisfactions’ were at a high level.
