This research objective was indicator studying and model developing for the 8 desired characteristics of elementary and secondary students, research design by mixed methods research. Qualitative research collected data by the interview form with 5 teachers from 3 educational departments. And quantitative data by the questionnaires (r=0.918) with 750 elementary and secondary students. The analysis was performed by analyzing surveyed components on rotational axes using SPSS for Windows and confirmative analyses. Confirmative analysis of components has shown that the model conformed to empirical data. As Chi-square test has a value of 113.44, df=94, p=0.084. Additionally, RMSEA=0.017, RMR=0.023, GFI=0.983, AGFI=0.970, Model AIC=325.269, Saturated AIC=420.000, Model CAIC=808.514 and Saturated CAIC=1560.241. This means the indicators are suitable for 8 desired characteristics found that all the standardized factor weights of 18 indicators were positive ranging from 0.578-0.998, reliability in the rang 0.403-1.000. Finally the standardized factor weights of second order for the 8 desired characteristics in the ranging 0.586-0.945.
